We do offer local pickup dates/times. If you wish to pick up your items, you MUST contact us by 12:00 noon the day following the auction. Otherwise, you will be charged for any handling/packing fees incurred. Please – it is your responsibility to let us know your intentions.

Delivery Times

Delivery can take up to 2 weeks, depending on the size of your order and when payment is complete.

Shipping

We do all our own shipping in-house, by experienced packers. Our preferred shipping company is UPS (United Parcel Service).

Additional Fees

Handling Fees

A handling fee will apply to all shipped orders. Most of our auctions contain fragile or oversized items, which require expert packing. All packing and shipping take place in-house. We have developed a formula which we use to calculate the handling cost of every order. This formula includes actual time spent and materials used.

Custom Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. If you wish to pick up your items, you MUST contact us by 12:00 noon the day following the auction. Otherwise, you will be charged for any handling/packing incurred. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery Guarantee

Delivery can take up to 2 weeks.  If your order arrives damaged, has missing items, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us immediately.

Address Changes

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. Please ensure your shipping information is correct when you register.
